Forces popup ads that are in Russian. I don't speak Russian and I hate ad's. Is money not enough?

Worked before, however for about a year I get ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED when trying to open https://backit.me/, it fails to activate the feedback, neither it shows cashback available on any sites, or shows any account or page related info (errors: "Perhaps, this store is not in the plugin. Try to activate cashback on our website"; "Failed to get offers list"; "Information about the product is not available"; account and balance show loading animation endlessly).
